(From the audio journal of Dr. Deborah Laskins) Dear Diary -- I still don't know how many tiles are on my ceiling. I can count a few hundred before being distracted and having to start over. Same thing every night. Never sleeping isn't so bad if you're easily entertained. Louis insists that I try to act normal, and not work twenty-four hours a day. And I agree. But every day...that conscious choice to get out of bed gets just a little harder. |
