Hank: You want to cut people like me out of the human race. But taking me out takes pieces of knowledge out of humanity. forever. Keep cutting people out, you'll lobotomize the species. Diversity in a species is strength. The more diverse we are -- the more deviant we are -- the more we help the human race. Hank: I think it's too late, myself. Religions, nations, corporations -- all of 'em have spent centuries pruning away at mankind. Cutting out and stompin' on the pieces they don't like. I think we've already lost so much that we don't really know what men are supposed to be, anymore. Mankind is just a shadow of what it was. And you're responsible. It's too late for humanity. I can smell it. You're all going down. Going down soon. Hank: That's why I'm living out in the country, so you don't pull me down with you when you go. And when I see those flames on the horizon...I'll know that people like you have finally cut out the heart of mankind. That day when I'm the last good man on earth -- I wil be laughing my ass off. |
